Nylah & Nima

Our Story

We met in August of 2018, with no intention of falling in love. Nylah was heading into her last year of undergrad, and Nima had just moved back from Wales and was considering moving back to the UK for a job opportunity. The evening started at the Keefer Bar & ended in Stanley Park, giggling like teenagers and bonding over a shared love of food & Brooklyn 99.

The next 3 months were a blur of butterflies & Nylah flexing in the kitchen (specifically barbacoa tacos & cookies), until one day we realized this fling had bloomed into love and a whole lot of hope for the future. Next thing we knew, we were back in the Keefer Bar on a Saturday afternoon in August, and Nima was down on one knee - in that moment, all those hopes & dreams that started in the summer of 2018 came to fruition.

Now here we are, inviting you to celebrate as we officially tie the knot after almost 8 years of us. So many of you have been integral to our journey - as a couple and individuals - and it’s an honour & a pleasure to have you by our sides as we toast to a lifetime of adventure.
